Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process monthly attorney billing using legal billing software (e.g., Aderant, Elite, or similar)

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure accurate and timely billing

• Review prebills, make edits, and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines

• Process e-billing through various platforms (e.g., BillBlast, CounselLink, Serengeti)

• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries promptly

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of legal billing experience in a law firm environment

• Familiarity with billing software (Aderant, Elite, or similar) and e-billing platforms

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
